But, poof! Here comes Normilla R. Pangandaman taken the position of being Superintendent. This New Comer is not even connected to the Division, She was a Clerk in one of the Colleges of MSU Marawi, but she is of course a Pangandaman. Of Course, Benito with his deligent efforts to bring back his Division in order, he pursued and eventually took over for less than two months. Pangandaman, with their desperation used again all their means to put HER back, of course, with the ranking of the two, Benito is advantageous than Pangandaman, and they can't get Benito off the position so again, abara cadabra! Of Course, in the name of their name! If you evaluate those who seated today, you can notice that there are more qualified and competent there but the magic spell is still there!
